In cases of support we prefer Teamviewer for remote maintenance. Simply copy the file FernwartungATS.exe onto your computer with internet access. Further procedure will be coordinated with the ATS-support team. An exchange of access data is necesseary in order operate the pc by remote control but also prevent unauthorised access.
